The Benefits of Writing Sprints

I had never even heard of a writing sprint before I started seeing them mentioned in a new writer’s group I had become a member of. I’m not very outgoing, so the idea made me nervous. But, since I was late to CampNaNoWriMo and wanted to really get focused, I decided to try it out.
